| started fixing my house up about 10yrs ago to sell it and move, but my chemical injury that happened 10yrs before keeps me from getting things done, though I can plan and buy materials, but doing the work is usually near impossible. Today I got out and rebuilt a rotted wood window sill. I was dragging before I finished, but pretty much finished it.. Now I have to try to get working on other house things and car ones that need fixing or modifying. My back usuaally knots up just standing for a while, so started wearing 2 back supports. One is good, but 2 seems to help me get more done with less ache. Now I have to try to fix the brakes on my old car, they rebuild my front door, and fix the roof, and finish restoring the front outside widow and dorr trim.. If I could do these things, I Might move after. That was the plan. | |

| been on a roll.. well, for me now a days. Things I used to do without thinking look insurmountable now. If I could work 2 days in a row, they might not. I have been getting a few days in a row, but too many non days in between. Have to take what I can get. | |

| having some pretty good days. not doing what i should be or really want to do, work on a car, but i have a 2nd one, so it isn't critical, but is an inconvience. I'm doing some sorting and stacking of stuff in the house. The problems aren't just physical, but also mental. Getting both working together is rare. | |

| sneaking up on working on the car. Got out late and took the tire off, and studied the brakes, to try to figure what part is bad. Could just change everything, but Hate to do that. I don't even like to replace parts, unless I can't rebuild them. That is always more rewarding and is MY type of exercise. I am in the process of rebuilding or remaking the fancy window and door trim and front door of my house. I had wanted to make a new, insulated door, with 3 raised panels instead of 2, to match the 3 beveled, etched glass panels, but that will have to wait, till I am more capable. | |

| finally got out and worked on the car. I kept on napping and woke at 6PM, and got moving. Had so many tools, parts, and gear to bring out, and couldn't find some things, but I got started. Figured I had 2 hrs or more to work, and at least I might get something done. Had 3 parts I could have changed, but changed the brake hose I thought was the problem. Tried to run a thin wire through the old one, and it kept getting stuck, and fluid rose as I pushed it in further, and with both ends open it Had to be blocked inside. Won't be convinced i fixed it till I test it, but I think I might have. Could be more than one part was bad. When I went out a neighbor across the street was changing his brakes. That is simpler.
I took 2 zinc tabs instead of one just before starting, and didn't struggle, or have any pains after. I'm tired and worn out, but not wrecked.

| not sure I completely fixed the brakes. It still seems to get hotter than the other side, though not as hot. Could be the caliper is also bad. I was going to take it apart and check it, but getting working late, don't have a lot of time. Guess I'll have to check it. | |

| had an interesting day. Got everything done that I planned, and went to the big city park I wanted to check out. Couldn't drive through it, so parked in a parking lot near a stream, and chatted with an older guy who was getting some sun. He was real interesting, and knew the park well. Hold me about the horses for rent, and remembered the stables I had checked into to get lessons were in the park, so have to look into them. Before when I found out about them, it seemed like a long distance, and was hard to visualize.
Car got covered with fine dust at one store I stopped at, where the street was being worked on, and a semi and then bus blew by. Finderprints on the windows looked like they were dusted at a crime scene. It poured a while later, so washed the dust off.
Was out a long time, about 10 hrs, and I came home and napped, and then went back out for a while.

| getting working now that the weather has cooled, though still started to sweat doing simple things in the shade with the temps 72, and the humidity 50%. I need to migrate to where the weather doesn't limit me. North in the summer, and south in the winter.. | |

| Almost didn't but did more work. I had to rest up from what I did earlier, which I didn't think was that much, unless I'm forgetting. Now to get cleaned up, take a ride through town, and go out and socialize. | |

| got out and scrubbed the interior of the older car. The seat belt was sticky for some reason, so decided to clean it all, shampooing the rugs and seats. Drivers seat looked really dirty, but was mainly the velore wearing off. Had all kinds of collected plant life to remove, from large pine cones to a cat tail going to seed. Ground down a broken tire plugging tool so it will be better to plug small punctures like from brads. Can wreck a tire enlarging the hole big enough to take the plugs that they sell, since going through the steel belts by hand is risky.
Back support supported my back. Guess it isn't right like I had hoped. Had a week of not needing it, but maybe it is getting better, or just one of those times when my muscles work right, or better than right. That is a puzzle, but I guess just the opposite hurting when it shouldn't. Good thing I Love challenges.((

| I'm either sleeping or working on things, but sleeping a lot more than working. Been avoiding the diners and one I was going to more overnite, because the people there were annoying. Have been avoiding anyone or thing that annoys me, and there is a lot. Loud or know it all people, or ones who have strange looks or mannerisms. I would tolerate them because I had to, but now I don't want to. I don't like being or doing things that would turn people off, because I like people, and don't want to limit my contacts, but the odd ones, I don't want contact with, so not much lost avoiding them, and less stress.
Since it got cooler I am getting more done, but working in the sun still makes me overheat, so I am still pretty limited outside. Then the cold will limit me, so not good for working on things I want to. I finally got to a metal plater to see if they would plate the dip sticks for my cars that I wanted to, with copper and or silver to indicate acids in motor or transmission oils, that can happen or seems to be happening with new oils made to protect one part, but are bad for others, and the wear additives have been reduced to protect emission controls, but is said to cause more wear, so a complicated situations. The supposed platter restores antiques, and sends the plating work out, so recommended the place he sends his work to. Figured I'd try aluminum foil, which should indicate acid etching it, though not that sure. If I find out that it won't, I'll go to the plater. Having many limits but still having desire, makes the work much harder.
