Me and Ester C

It's been a struggle trying to get one that works like the Sundown brand did, that was discontinued maybe long ago. I ordered it 2 different times and both orders were cancled, because they didn't have it, and a Sundown Only site sent me a different brand, and with a 50% restocking fee and shipping it back, I would have been out 24$, and had nothing. I kept searching, even starting to buy some of the extras listed in the Sundown brand, and found a Source Naturals brand that has some things others didn't, and so far it is looking interesting. Hasn't made me need to lift, but 10min after taking it and the Sundown MSM, that together got me lifting heavy, and feeling I didn't do a thing. I stretched Real hard, and did some isometric exercises, and my muscles feel different, like stronger. I keep wanting to stretch Hard.

I added another brand of MSM that I think I didn't realize might have been involved, but had been taking before the Sundown brand of MSM, when adding MSM to glucosamine, trying to cure a knee pain problem.

Will see how it goes..

this one that seems to be working, no aches or pains, even doing simple things that caused low back pain, was listed as Discontinued on one site. If I am sure it works, I'm gona buy out remaining stock.))

The new stuff isn't doing what the old one did, though still trying to figure out if something else with it helps, Though it works to relieve pains. Haven't tried lifting with it yet, and have to see what happens.

zinc, rutin, & B-1 are doing pretty good. The new ester c will relieve pain, so does somethig, and it tastes good, having honey in it.

at least one brand of ester c kills pain for me. Would be nice to know why it happens, like a multi vit can do the same thing, and a few more vits.
