I remember horse and wagons, and mounted police even into the 50's and 60's. Had a mounted cop in a congested business district in the late 90's, or later

the big trolley cars crossing aren't on tracks, but look like powered by electric from the boom on the roof, angled up. Hare to make out a wire the boom is probably riding on, probably poor resolution. Must be riding on tires. Curtis Publishing used to have battery powered electric delivery trucks. with solid rubber tires..
