| butt irritation is almost gone. Weather will be nicer than tomorrow, and I should try to work, but other aches are limiting. Think I should go look at excersize mats, though don't think that is the total solution to getting a sore butt. Padded underware seems like a better solution. With the mat I think a very smooth underside would work best for moving it around. Think I have seen something like that somewhere. Wish I could find things I have seen, when I want them for some reason.
Better do something before it gets hot again tomorrow.

| went to the park that was crowded with baseball game parking, then to the diner, and then looking for something padded to lay on when wrking under the cars. Exercise mats were 20 & 25$, and something told me to keep looking, though a thick one looked interesting. Thought an air matress would work better, possibly distributing the pressure on my back and butt better. Got too tired to keep looking, and didn't know who would carry them. Maybe Wal or Kmart, or Toys R Us, but not close to them, so came home ate and slept. Have to solve the fatigue after a few hrs problem. Not good when out and about and driving.
Tried to call in an order for cheese steaks, but no answer. Should be open, but I guess not.

| looking for air matresses, and it is hard to find what I am looking for, and then they have to be inflated. Think I'm going to use thick bubble wrap I have. I don't have to fill it, can add layers if needed, and make it the size i need, just for my upper body. | |

| starting to recover from Sat. Pains and soreness are subsiding. Funny, the things that worked Real good when I found them, like zinc, after I was injured don't do much now. A brand of MSM made it not necessary, and then with Ester C had me Not feeling Any pain, unless I Really Really strained. That only lasted a few mo. | |

| another day of warm weather, and then cooler, with a high of 80. Need to get working then, and on the house, but Sat need to work on the car, and Don't want to have to recover from working on the house. Have to manage things so I feel like doing what I have to when I can.
Thought about what if I don't have sis's to go to and work in her garage. I used to have a city parking lot around the corner that I used to use, but then they put up a gate so it can't be used after the health ctr and library close, and just for employees. I go to the park when I need room, but that isn't always convient. I had a friend who had a garage, but he died. I will work on the street outside, but that isn't always convient, and I have to be feeling pretty good, or dumb comments by some neighbors can be irritating That can affect me when working on the house.

| up before dawn, and though no roosters were crowing, lots of irritating voices on the radio. For the morning drive, they like to wake people up, and have some people with annoying voices on. Sports talk has a few. Have one guy who sounds like he had a sinus problem, with a nasal sounding voice, who mispronounces words often, and says things that sound strange when describing something, which adds to the irritation. Another sounds like he has a throat problem and sounds like his tie is too tight, or a noose around his neck. News shows have people who speak broken english, which is usually hard to listen to. SO much more enjoyable to hear a pleasant, clear voice. Call in shows cut people off if there is a bad connection, or hard to understand, like it is frowned upon. Should ban their own people who sound bad. | |

| weather is getting nice, and I should be working, but not up to it. I go gang busters for while, and then loose the motivation. Takes something to spark me. Mind and body don't often work together. Hopefully after Saturday and changing the trans oil in the car, I'll be able to think about other things, and DO them. | |

| since it got cooler, I decided to lift weights, and try to get back some muscle mass. I usually smoke while doing any work, even physical, but I just wanted to do a quick workout to get started again, so didn't.
Hope I didn't strain and will ache and mess up working on Sat. I left everything at sis's, so just have to get over there, not get everything together, and into the car.

| Trying to get ready to change the trans oil tomorrow. Don't feel sore from working out last night, but that could come later. Didn't lift the way I usually would. Did it the Normal way, that I don't think is as good, and thought it wouldn't strain the muscles as much, which is why I don't think it is as good. Since I can't figure out or get back to where I could strain them a lot, and Didn't hurt at all, maybe I have to go with that way, and take less gains, to not feel wiped out. | |

| may go out a bit later, and see real people, not dream ones. Had a dream that had my sister in it who I am going to see tomorrow, relationships, and potato chips I have been eating. | |

| not hurting much from lifting yesterday. Guess I'm going to have to go the normal route with lifting. Probably be able to lift more often, so guess it will work out the same in the end, but not my style. Maybe I'll get back to what I found before sometime later.
Wanted to go back out after coming home. Wanted to eat, and didn't feel like going out after.
Saw a mechanic friend and he gave me some ideas about changing the trans fluid, and what tool that I bought, and which brand is stronger. Think they only had one brand in what I bought, so hope I got the stronger one. Have to check tomorrow, since I don't have it here. Checked the recipt, and it isn't the stronger one. Will check tomorrow to see if they sell the stronger one, since someone said they broke theirs. That would be frustrating. Better search for more info on it.

| woke early and fell back. Phone rang and it was sis, asking if I was coming over. I should have called her, because now I am groggy, and sleep would have been my choice.
Trying to anticipate problems. First time doing things is stressing, especially with all the new things in a more complicated car than I am used to, and lots of stories about problems changing the trans oil on forums, even to the hard to find tool to remove the hard to remove drain plug breaking, and me limited in form and function. 2nd time will be a lot easier.
Listening to the Car Talk show on NPR that answers questions about car problems, that helps with info on things that can happen. They talked about new cars having a blind spot warning sensor, that has been a problem for me in the newer car for some reason, not seeing cars on the side behind me sometimes, and picked up the add on mirrors, that I haven't installed yet, since I'm not sure if I like the ones I bought.
The show is over, so better get moving, and Try to remember what I have to bring. Forgot some things last time, But don't need them now, for the different job I have to do.

| the deeds are done. another challenling day. changed the trans fluid and rotated the tires. Loosening the drain plug was pretty easy, but upside down and backwards, I was tightening it at first. It was way under the car, an hard to reach, which I didn't know, and I was extra careful so the car didn't fall on me. I had 2 jacks and a stand holding the car up, and still I was cautious. I didn't think I was going to be able to get the drain plug back in but managed.
I don't think the new special oil did much. It does seem to go into reverse easier, which is something positive, but other minor things I wanted to improve seem the same. Maybe driving it more it will get better. Funny the car just turned 10K mi, which is when the trans is supposed to be broken in.
Started unloading the car, and it is full. Parked it and came in to eat, and going back out for a biit. I'm dragging.

| made it back out to see how the trans is working. About the same. Just going into reverse seems to be better. That was worth it, plus should protect the trans, because of the nature of it. | |

| finally got to sleep, and slept about 5. Woke feeling run over, with a pain in my back. Think I will survive. Want to get out, and now that most car stuff is done, thought still have more, Definitely want to get working on the outside of the house before it gets too cold.
Have to finish unloading the car. Lots and heavy stuff I have to find where to put it. Have to get rid of used oil, and may take it to Pep Boys Service Ctr near me, and see if I can see my new, young Asian mechanic friend I met at the park. Haven't seen him in a while. Want to pick his brain about info about newer cars that I don't know.

| got an E from a younger friend I hadn't heard from or seen in a while. We both are car nuts, and in the past 4 yrs he has had 4 of the top muscle cars. Has a new Camaro now, and a BIG motorcycle. He got married had a kid, and started a security business, so kind of busy. Interesting guy and enjoyable to talk to. Funny, when he would get a new car he would come around to show me. As soon as he buys a car he gets the windows tinted, and gets louder mufflers. He would stop outside the house, and rev the motor. I'd go out, and couldn't see who was inside, and he would roll down the window and smile. )) | |

| Lou used to work security for others overnite at Walgreens. I'd be up so would stop and chat. Talking about cars I told him I prefer the 5 or 6 point seat belt harness like race drives use, like in NASCAR. I prefer them to air bags, since they get in 200mph crashes and Walk away and Lou drives FAST!! One nite I asked if he wears a seat belt, and he said, No. I saw him a few days later, and he tells me his Mustang was Gone. Told me he rolled it on the interstate. He looked fine. Takes out pics, and the Stang was a crumpled, flattened mess. Told me someone cut him out, he skidded at 80 mph, almost went under a semi, went Upside down, and took out 80' of guard rail. I couldn't believe he didn't get killed. Shows me just a 3/4" scratch on his knee. Told me he was getting in his car to head to DE, 30 mi away on the interstate, and saw a pretty girl get into her car through his rear mirror, and was checking her out, and saw her buckle her seat belt. Remembering our conversation a few nites before, he buckled his up.
His car wound up upside down, and he was hanging from the seat belt, and had to cut it to get down. The car was a Wreck, and one of the wheels Broke in half, and the floor on the drivers side was buckled.

| woke and my upper back had pain, and very uncomfortable. Ate some PNB, and it got worse. Feel bloated and think the pain caused spasms in my stomach.
Took antacids and felt a bit better. Went to the diner but couldn't stay long for the discomfort. Trying to relieve the main, and trying heat if a muscle spasm.

| feel a good bit better, and finally got to sleep. The heat helped a lot. Still some stomach discomfort, and a pain on the other side at my waist that I am trying to relieve with heat.
Felt bloated last night, and maybe the pain or spasm made my stomach not work right. Got worried it might be like one time when I was SO bloated I went to the ER, and then to my Dr at the time to get pain killers, since I Knew I was going to be hurting at the bottom of my ribs after the bloating went down, and I was.
Have to get working on the house, since I got the car stuff I wanted to, done, though have a Lot more to do on Them. Have to put the gal jugs of gear oil I filled somewhere, and get them away from near the front door. In the basement somewhere, but little room anywhere. Have 2 gal of used oil to get rid of and recycled. Have to make sure I get rid of the used stuff, not the new. They all look the same, though the new ones are marked.

| After ALL that work with the trans Oil, I have a question............. Doesn't the car business you bought the car from have a warranty to change the trans Oil for YOU??? I know it's all done,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe it' s a 'man thing' but I'd use my strength to do other work.,,,,,,,then you don't have all that Oil and messes for storage...................... just my 2 cents,,,,,,,,,,,, | |
