Yawn......

I might have found an answer to having to sleep after eating, taking B-1 before hand. Problem is, I snack often, between eating my one meal. I remembered after starting, and took 2 B-1's which seemed to work. Going to have to remember, or will be taking a Lot of B-1.

slept a bit and didn't go out. Wanted to go food shopping and the diner, but it got late, though they asre open late and all nite, just couldn't get moving.

Got thinking about sorting all the stuff I have here, and thought about how daunting it will be, and I am thinking of getting Another Car?? but then thought I better get after it. Nice if I could function like I used to, since I only get bits done, and then the mind and body tire, But I think about it, sometimes... I did a few things I have been wanting to do. Simple things. Maybe
someday I'll plow through it all.

slept the day away, so didn't get anything done, or go look at cars. Have to try to remember to take B-1 before anything I eat, even snacks, to try to stay awake after, though might be too much.

slept Again. Not sure if the B-1 is helping. Maybe when I want to get out it can. Added B complex to see if that did more, and not sure.

Going to try to get out by the witching Hr. That's more my style.))

slept a good bit for me, 5 hrs. Want to do some tings, but not energetic, but don't want to relax.

another short sleep, about 3 hrs. Guess I'll be up the rest of the nite. Good there are interesting things on radio and TV.

slept 2 hrs, and going to have to stay up, to go to the car auction. Only supposed to rain 2-4", but it might just wait till after the auction, though could be having the car towed in a T storm. Can't drive the cars till you get the title, that takes a few weeks.

poured all day and I was out in it at a car auction, and they didn't have the car I was after that they said they would. I had on a water restiant jacket, and found out it wasn't waterproof., since the lining and things in the pockets got damp. Went with a friend, who went to pick up a car he had gotten, at a mechanics. We drove itand got stuck outside a restaurnt. Walked to getmy car, and gotit running, and looked like the alternator was bad, but it turned out to be bad batt connections. Finally figured that out.

Everything about the day was grueling, and frustrating, and I crashed when I got home, and slept 7 hrs. It takes a Lot to get me to sleep long.

up for a few hrs, and slept for another 6, laid back down and slept a bit more. Maybe an hr. I ate a bit without taking B 1 before, and may be sleeping again, unless I am caught up.

YAWN... Fell out about 3, and up at 4. back to sleep at 5, and up at 6. It's really strange. Usually it's a few hrs sleep, and a few hrs up.

up early, only 2 hrs sleep, then fell back at 8, and woke at 3pm. need to go get tax forms, but ALL the libraries in the are have the same hrs, and close at 5pm.. Tomorrow open 1-5pm. Rough for me.They are open when I am sleeping or not functional. I had planned to get to the lib, food store, Home Depot, and a few more. Gona have to change my plans...

didn't go out, and slept. Woke and decided to start on my taxes. Have some new things I have to figure, from the IRS getting after me, that might be complicated. Found some checks that came with 1099's, that are pretty old, that I have to deposit today. Have a bunch from before that are too old, that I have to get reissued, which will be fun...

Thinking of going to the park at sunrise. Would be interesting to go to the preserve, but don't think I am up to doing that. Maybe if the weather was warmer. The park is a lot like the preserve, not that far from it with a few lakes. One big one, and 4 small that are connected.

slept a bit, andstill tired. May lay back down, but doubt i'll sleep for a while. Want to do more on taxes, but may wait till later, but have to do more tonite, or I'll be rushing Friday. Planning on not doing much else.

really wiped out from yesterday. Didn't think I did that much sitting in the car ripping the dash apart, but guess I did. Pushed to go out and pick up the radio tuner, about 1PM, and finished about 4:30. Slept more than usual last night. I'm usually up a few hrs, and then sleep a few. Think I need some sleep now.

woke too late to go to the diner, but wanted to get out. Decided to go to the food store where the friendly cashier works, to get some things that were on sale. In the store I see my favorite waitress, and a friendly employee. Drove her and her BF home. Was having a good nite till I got home, and the temp light came on. It has Never come on, even when overheating, but it did tonite. Radiator is leaking again. Guess I'm going to have to fix it. The stop leak was working... now and then. Well, some things were good.

Slept more than I normally do, waking every few hrs. I'm up for a few, and then sleep for a few, unless totally exhausted. Guess I slept around 6hrs. Have a lot to do to 2 cars, and have to figure how to do it, so going to be really wiped out. Normally I would be recovering from what I did yesterday, which was nothing, but still does me in. Last week I did less, and took a few days to get back to what is normal for me now. Have to try some supplements, to try to help me get through it all. Have to plan details, to make it easier, and so I don't forget to do something. Rough Road...

fell back to sleep for a few. Have to figure how to manage and work on the cars. The Chevy will be down for a few days. Might rain tomorrow afternoon. not up for doing anything today, but will have to. What and when is the question.

thought it was later. Woke and thought it was about 5AM, but when I got up it is only 1. Fell out at 10, so slept 3 hrs. Have things to do in the AM, so glad it isn't time. Have another day to get through with high heat, and wondering if I should wait to work? Would love to, but have to work when I am up for it.

good that there are interesting things to do overnite. Talk radio, and sports are good, and wildlife cameras, to watch what is up and about overnite.

Thought I slept through trash collection yesterday, but forgot about the holiday Monday, so waiting for them to pass. usually one of them, trash or recycling passes real early, like 6AM, and don't think they have yet.

Called a friend last night to find out if he knows anything about the car problem, since he had the same experience, but a long time ago. He wasn't in, so should call back, but he has been distant since i was injured, Think he thinks I'm faking it. A mutual friend who drinks a lot and got distant may have bad mouthed me. he got strange after his parents died. It's their problem. Odd that this guy used to sound like he thought he was bothering me when he used to call and ask for help, though he wasn't, and seems like he is acting like I am bothering him. Oh, well, people are strange.

fell back to sleep, and Have to get working. Thought about needing to move, and thought about moving, and how I could manage. SO much stuff here, it would be a challenge, then thinking about all I'd have to do. Then thought, I have to sort and organize things here, as if I was going to move. Wonder if I will?

Not sure I'll work on the cars today. Might need to go over things in my mind more, or answer all questions, before I will. Used to have to make a list of each step to take, instead of just starting.

slept a good bit for me after working and eating a Big baked potato. About 6 hrs. Don't really miss going out which is strange, but have to try to fix the car right, not do more damage. Concerned that it might not be fixable, or easily, but hope it is. Have to try to do it right.

weather is changing, and affecting my plan. Supposed to be 100 by Wed, and 90 tomorrow. Gona speed up my plan. I should have been done by now. Someone had dropped strong smelling food on the sidewalk next to the car, that had complicated working. It had a Really strong smell of garlic. Should have picked it up, but was too involved, and was supposded to rain the past 2 days. Bulb just blew out on a table lamp near me now. More complications. ((

trying to figure what to do and get working. Thought I might wait till it got cooler, fri or Sat, but think I want to get out and do what I can. Took some cinnamon with some salt, that seems to have helped. I did a crude small test of the stop leak in the last radiator draining, and though I saw a little clumping of what's in the stop stuff, it didn't look bad. Added a little antifreeze, that they say would gell, and nothing yet. Just small amounts, so might not be accurate, but expected it to gell easy and fast. Hope not.

May just get prepped to work this afternoon, when there is shade, since i'll still have 4+ hrs, and let it sit overnite as recommended. Trying to anticipate and avoid any problems, and try to fix it. Hope I'm successful. It's hard to figure out something you can't see what happened, and just have to go by hints.
