Dome Home.......

have to build the home I started planning when I got injured, as part of my cognitive therapy. I probably should take the around the country trip, visiting all the places i wanted to see, first. Both would be a challenge, and have been just a dream for 23yrs. I haven't felt capable of doing them yet, but have to find a way, before this life ends. Just marking time till that happens, is boring.

Having to sleep every few hrs, makes the trip not seem possible, or safe, and same thing with the home. I found a type of construction for the home that gives the look I want, but a 3" concrete shell, would be hard to build far from the Mad crowd, and looking for something simpler and cheaper for.

I could always find a way to build exactly what I wanted to, and part of the dome idea, was to be able to build a BIG Horn loudspeaker right through the center, and play it as loud as I wanted to.. Horns have to be HUGE to produce all the audible frequencies.

I tried to figure how Frank Lloyd Wright would build it. He would design everything in a house or building, even the furniture, which I would build

how did I miss this?? Wright designed the Marin Co Civic Ctr, that has an 80' dome on it. I planned a 70-75' dome home. Looks like it is concrete, that I want to avoid, but have to see what he did.
