twinging again, along with my knee. Guess I'm gona have to work on them. Vision still isn't completely right, and a bit limiting. It keeps getting better, but won't be happy till it is back to where it was.

this side pain is pretty bad, but only hurts when I try to get up. Might have to try a back support.
