Back seems better Empty
PostSubject: Back seems better   Back seems better Icon_minitimeTue Jul 19, 2011 7:14 am

it was BAD last night. I got a sharp pain if I moved a certain way. One time it brought me to my knees while getting up off the sofa. Worried I would knock things over. Wondered if I could make it up the stairs? I want to go out and test the coolant in the cars, before it gets real hot, but not sure if I should. It's just going to get hotter and hotter.

My back can sure tighten up, but then recovers. A friend thinks a back support is the wrong thing to use, but it lets me go longer and harder before it tightens while working while standing. Since all my muscles are weaker, I figure my back is just one of them. That the heart is a muscle concerns me a bit, though it's a different type muscle.
