| got out and got to the garage. The guys and the cars were gone to FL, and the nephew took over. Hit me witha High price of 70$ to align, and then said that was for AWDrive, and 35 for 2 wheel, when I think he thhought I knew his uncle. Went to the place I get inspection, and he said 60-65$. They couldn't do it today, and not till the snow clears
Went to the park, and then to the diner, and had to sit near the loonie. He tried to start a conversation, so I mumbled like he did a bunch of times, trying to be funny and ignored him. He was having a conversation with someone, so I had to hear his voice and laugh.
Precip is finally starting. I was getting sleepy at the diner, and going to eat now, so not sure If I'll go Subaru Sledding.

| woke and was talking to a friendand remembered the Chevy was parked on the main street, and they tow when it snows, since it's an emergency route, and they plow it. When I came home, there was an accident blocking streets, and I parked it there, figuring I would go out later. Called the cops, figured they towed it to the impound lot, and would coat me 150 to get it out, but the cop said they just put it in a spot, in a 2-3 block radius. Right... It could be anywhere. Have to check a city lot near me. | |

| went back out to the diner early. The Loonie wasn't there. YEA!!! Chatted with friendlies. Came back earlier than usual to try to get a spot easily, and there were 4. A different tire was low, and am concerned, but could just be from the cold. Will have to fill it back up and see. | |

| inthe confusion yesterday, I forgot to stop at the stained glass shop to try to get some copper foil to put on the dipstick of the Subaru transmission, to test for acid forming in the oil. I was half a block past the place when i remembered, and wasn't going back, since I had a ways to go to where the car actually was, and I was struggling as it was, and sitting to rest. Will go some other time.
Saw where a penny is used for the test, but want something in the oil all the time as an indicator. Aluminum foil is supposed to indicate, and tried that, but since the test is normally done with copper, which is an alloy of the parts, that would not leave any doubt.

| made it out to the diner in the Chevy. Checked the radiator when I was laving, and it was still full, which is confusing. Only drove it around thee block after filling it, and tonite to the diner, so probably didn't get up to temp and pressure, and the Tstat open.
Pushed the snow off a small kitchen roof that leaks sometimes. In the diner I thought about how to repair it. It is hard to get to, and the wood may be rotting.. Have to fix a flourscent bathroom light that one connector for the 2' tube is broken, and doesn't always make contact. I think I have an end, but have to dig for it, or try taking one off a 4' fixture, which I'd rather not do. Still have to replace the circuit breaker.

| was getting comfy before planning to go to the diner, and THEN remembered snow is coming after midnight, and the Chevy was parked on the Main Street, and will be towed Again, so got dressed and out to move it. It was 7:30, and didn't think I would find a space easily, but there were 4 to choose from. Hard to decide which is best. Wanted to go out, but guess I won't.
Since I was in action looked for the light socket. Couldn't find it so took one off the old 4' fixture, that one was broken. Looked a bit different and it was, but not so much I couldn't rig it up. Wiring was a bit different, so had to sort it out. Took the light off the wall to work on it. It was grueling but got it done. One mounting hole was pretty chewed up, so patched it, but not easy to make a hole where needed, so tried to do it while installing it, and have to see how it goes. Can't be any worse, but want it right, so may have to redo it. Tried the light and it works.

| figured out how to mark and locate the screw hole behind the light. Wish I thought about it before, but had too much going on while working, and was struggling to do what I did. | |

| made iot out to 2 food stores, looking for 3 different cakes, and none were there. I'm stocked up, so no big deal. I was looking for Panetone, an Italian rasin bread I bought for 1.50, that usually costs 7$ during the holicays. Only had one, and it was right wher the muffins I like were.
Made it to the diner and chatted with a mgr. Came home and no legal spots, so staying up till people start leaving for work. Was surprized tat the cooling fan in my frigs started working again. Maybe I won't have to get a new one yet. It hasn't worked in a month, but no guarantee it will keep running.. That makes up for the bath light cover that cracked, that I'm trying to figure how to repair.

| Made it out in the Subaru. Just decide to drive it. Went to the diner and wanted to show one of the waiters, a circut breaker I bought for the car, since fuses keep popping, and it wasn't in the cigarette box I was pretty sure I put it in. Really botered me because I couldn't remember where else it could be. Took a long ride, and when I got in, hunted for it, and found it with a plug I bought for another car thing. It had been I while since I bought them together, so guess the memory still isn't like it should be, but then there is SO much stuff piled everywhere. I try to organize it, but if I don't see something in a while, I forget whre I put it.

| made it out. In the low 20's so invigorating. Diner was pretty good, though most of the friendlies were off. Car radio locked up again. Think it's the cold, but it works when even colder, so must be electrical. coolant was just a little low, so the leak slowed again. Thinking about getting another car, but hate to get rid of the old one, and don't want 3, and one I have to park anywhere will get beat up, and head and tail lights look vulnearble on what I am interested in, and crash ratings aren't so hot, and reliability is questionable on some. Probably be Another car I just Think about getting.
Feel pretty energetic, and wonder why? Thinking I might be getting better, but would need to see it long term to believe it.

| made it out to the diner. Lots of wild wemen coming from the bars. so a good show. It was pretty good otherwise also. Thought about things I want and need to do. Not as cold out as it has been, but still not comfy, but next week it's supposed to feel like spring. Then no excuses from the weather not to get working on things... | |

| made it out late. Saw a few hotties and a friend at the diner. Not as cold out, so not as uncomfortable. Didn't feel too bad, but not as good as last night or a few yrs ago. That I am still trying to reproduce, and will till I die, it was That good.
Still thinking about whether to buy more cars, and how to manage it, and things to build, and how I can manage building them.

| made it out food shopping and to the diner, and it is getting windy and cold. Was 70 today, and will be 40 tomorrow, and winds up to 60mph. Sure not going to the auction tomorrow. Still want the car though. Will be another at the auction next week, and more at dealers. Just going to take my time, and if I miss a good one, so be it. | |

| seems like Days since I was out. Think the last time was Friday. That is rare for me.
Most of the 6" of snow we got early yesterday is gone, which is odd, since it was cold yesterday, but the sun must have been strong. It was only supposed to be in the mid 30's, and is in the mid 20's tonite.
Strained my back a bit again, moving snow with a broom. The side I injured is jurting a bit. The other side had been lingering. After sis's scare about her heart, even though Dr's said it was like a young person's, she is going to change what she does, and not move snow, or she said, mow the lawn. I'm not gona stop till I can't do it any more. Might be what is preventing worse problems.
The diner was pretty good, though Ididn't see the waiter I wanted to, to see what he knows about car computers. I don't think much, but maybe what he seems to know about home ones, can give some ideas, about what I want to know. I'll do a search, and see what comes up. Would Love to know them inside out, but they seem mighty complicated, in all the things they do and check. Well, they say to keep the brain healthy, is to learn something new, like another language, and the car stuff should be similar.

| made it out, and the food store had my muffins, so bought more Went to the diner and chatted with a new, young waitress about hot peppers. and then a guy about sports. We didn't agree on the local football team., that I can't stand the owner, GM, or head coach.
Thought about how to soundproof my basement for cutting wood. Going to be hard to do, especially with so much stuff down there.. Trying to get rid of stuff all over the house, but it's not easy, but trying to, and think of how.

| made it out. debated whether to go to the main PO to mail my R E tax payment, or the diner first, but went to the diner which was good. New, young waitress dropped a tray behind the SSteel base cabinet, where there was a gap to the wall, it just dissapeared.)) Went to the main PO, and it must be closed to the public, since it had barries allaround where you used to park, and even the entrance. Decided to put it in a mail box outside a local office. Drove the Subaru after not for a long time so took a ride. Came back and looked like 2 spots, and by time I swapped the cars, the right sized one was gone, so parked where I have to move tghe car by 7AM. Raining now... I went to mail the taxes at a box outside the local PO, and Almost mailed it Without a stamp. Was going to get it stamped at the main PO. Good thing I wanted to see what time they pick up at another box, or I'd be screwed. Might be late, since it is due tomorrow, but maybe if post marked by tomorrow it will be OK. Probably swamped with payments. Could have paid it by credit card, but the fee would have been 35$.
Really getting overloaded with things I have to do...and not getting much done.

| did my things, after a break in the rain. Swept up some broken glass down the street, and soe asphalt gravel on the sidewalk at the corner. probably from the street repair they didn't finish, leaving 2 holes in the street, and a mess on the sidewalk across the street. The rain today might help and hurt. | |

| tried taking B-1 before eating, before I wanted to go out, to see if it stopped me from getting sleepy after eating, and it seemed to work. B-1 will often get me moving when I want to and can't, so figured it might keep me awake. Have to see if it does at other times when I eat, but I have to sleep a lot more often than I eat, and not sure if I will or it will work when I start feeling sleepy. I usually just lean over on the sofa, and get comfy. which is hard to resist. | |

| made it out and it was Cold and Windy. Did a good bit of chatting with a younger waiter at the diner. He always seemed to cut me short, and not continue, but seems he is hyper, and you have to push the conversation, between him waiting on people. He was eager to chat tonite. Always seemed odd thathe didn't finish conversations. Think I'm forgetting to take the B-1 before eating, but earlier I fell asleep and hadn't eaten, and whenI came back, I didn't think of it and ate, and maybe starting to get sleepy.
Going to be cold tomorrow, so not sure if I'll get out. Sure wish I didn't have to do things I didn't really want to, and can't do most overnite.

| made it out food shopping and got what I went for the night before that they were out of, and to the diner. Chatted with the interesting young waiter, about many subjects. Came home and found a spot eaily, but might be too close to a fireplug with the city tightening rules. Going to go out in a bit and see if I can find a better space.
I took B-1 before eating, and think I function better, and don't have to sleep after. Have to take it before I start, and not with food.
