Had a good day..

and don't know why, and today is starting out pretty good. Usually sleep during the day, but made it out to Radio Shack, to get some connectors for a HD radio tuner I bought that I want to hook up to my home system. Been discontinued, and can't get the parts to connect it to the home stereo, so taking one of the car units I bought, and gona connect that. Has some strange sized connectors, that I didn't have, to connect it. Bought another radio for the newer car for 17$ on Ebay. Not sure if I'll try to install it, since Iwas thinking of an HD one for that. The one in it just isn't right. Figured how to make it better, but whatever I do will be work.


I got gas, went to the diner, park, food store and Pep Boys. Didn't get to Walmart to get more Vit B-1, but I have enough to last pretty long the way I use it, when I am trying to get moving and can't, But it doesn't always work, which is a puzzle. When it does, I Just Get Moving... Must make me able to deal with the weather, daylight, crowds, and BIKE RIDERS, that run in front, blowing lights and stop signs, and traffic. Usually just the thought of it makes me want to sleep, and I do, but then I am usually up at night. I'm gona hit one one day.

Had to sleep when I got back, and slept from 7 till 11PM. Woke and thought about going out, but since I was out yesterday, didn't want or need to. I have to at least get out once a day. Have to see people, and move a bit, at least. It rained off and on, and still wet, and thinking of going out, but not sure where. Could get to Walmart for some B-1. They are open 24/7, and should me kinda empty. Rush Hr traffic won't be great, but Not like mid day.

would like to get out, but not moving. Could have gone Real early, to Walmart's, but don't think their pharmacy is open all night. Would like to get out. Thought about taking the newer car, but having 2nd thoughts. Swapping cars is a hassle, but what I want to do. Used to have a neighbor who did something similar. He always had a newer Caddy, and an older, less expensive car. It was funny to see him in the less expensive car, since he used to work for a tuxedo mfg, and was always dressed. Lots of water under the bridge, with people who have passed. Funny as you get older, you are the older kid on the block. Time passes...

as for the Wal-mart vitamins,,,,,,was told they have so many fillers!
You are better of to go to Walgreens, if you have them..............or a Health food store...............not that much for money for the good stuff!!!

I've used Walgeen's and others B-1, and they all work the same, so I buy by price. Just wish I could figure why they don't work all the time?

Picked up their benadryl and pseudoephedrine that is in Sudafed,

Left the bag in the car, and want to go get it, but hate having to get dressed to go out... Too much effort for the result, so going to wait till I want to go out. Conservation of energy.

next trip out,,,,get one for the car and one for the house :-)

The bag I left in the car was stuff for the house. I carry a bag with me when I go out, unless just a close walk, but always when I drive. Have what I might need in it. Have cayenne for sore throat coughs, and something to drink to wash it down, Lutein if my eyes get irritated from too bright headlights, sinus meds, but haven't had to use them in a long while. Started to carry bicarbonate, and don't remember why. have aspirins, and fig neuton like cookies, if I get the munchies
if I swallow air, and my stomach gets queezy.

Had to refill my bottle of cola I carry, and haven't put it back in the bag in a few days. Cold out, so not needing to drink like in the summer, but then I also carry water, because 20oz won't last the whole day, and if Really hot, thats when I prefer water, and carries me when the cola runs out.

Still haven't gone out, and debating if I will. Not that eager, and I usually like to get out at least once/day. I usually go late at night, but if I go in the day, Its not important to go at night. Yesterday and the day before I went out shopping and to the diner early, and not at night.
