Yesterday I had a problem that pages wouldn't load. Was too tired to fool with it and slept. When I woke, nothing would load. Called the ISP and they said everything was working, and my virus prgm was the only thing that could be the problem. I turned it off and still nothing. I called back, and then said to reverse the cabel from the PC to the modem. That didn't work so they said to change it. That didn't work, then they said the problem was on their end. Went out for a bit and came back and it was working. They Claim they can tell Where a problem is. Then I guess if they look hard enough, they can tell it is THEM!!!

I use comecast. The TV screen goes blank like clockwork at 11:59pm to about 12:01. Happens with regularity at at least one other time during the day. They now want to charge for service calls. They said I could try taking the box in to the office for exchange. I have't bothered with that yet. I only have the cable tv because internet is basically the same price with or without the ultra basic. The internet seems to slow down around the time people start getting home from work as well. Thinking about trying Clear.
