| Going back close to 100 again in a few days. Add the humidity, and it will be rough again. Real Rough. Looking at ways to cut down sweating, but wondering if that is a good idea? Sweating is supposed to Cool the body, but when the humidity is high, don't get much cooling, since the sweat doesn't evaporate. Don't know if it is good to prevent sweating, and what it can do inside the body. Even if it isn't cooling, not evaporating, maybe preventing it can cause some problem, that might not be learned till after a problem happens, like cutting out salt, can cause restriction of blood flow, to try to regulate BP when there isn't enough salt.
There are drugs that are said to limit sweating, and trying ones I have. Benadryl is one and I have. Dramamine, and Sominex are others I can get OTC. They should be safe to try. What is rough is that I like and need to do physical things. The sweating makes it hard to want to start unless something is important, but makes me want to put off important things, which isn't good. Doesn't help that it is hard to get started when the weather is good, and then am wiped out after, so doubly hard when hot and humid.

| the heat waves aren't passing, but one after another, with a day in the high 80's in between. Had the hottest June in recorded history, and probably the hottest July, with days over 100 already, and more may be coming. The days are hot and sunny, and the nights cooler but more humid. I check the temp and humidity levels, with above a 140 total being really uncomfortable, and the dew point, and above 70 is real bad. Was wondering how air quality may affect how uncomfortable that might make it?
Have to see if Benadryl reduces sweating, but hate to go out to find out.

| Caffine and high fructose corn sweetners are said to increase sweating, so trying to cut down on both. Cutting down on tea solved a frequent urination problem, so maybe I can reduce, or fix the excessive sweating one. Can't be avoiding working in the heat with Global Warming increasing. Can't always work in the shade, and maybe the ozone hole makes that necessary. | |

| searching for treatments for excessive sweating. Cutting caffine and corn sweetners are said to be 2, and trying to work on that, but decided to try taking supplements, to see if any work. Benadryl is said to help, and not sure if it does, and decided to try zinc, to see what that does. In the winter it makes me Not feel the cold, and read it can help with sweating, and it Does seem to be helping, but not eager to test it yet. Yesterday I did some light work outside and it did me in. There is a surgery they say will work, but the go into your chest, Move a lung, and cut it, but I'm NOT interested in that. I can usually find answers to problems, but not completely or that last for one reason or another. | |

| I have things I want and Have to do outside, and the way I function, I Have to do them when I am up to it or it will get too cold to. The way I sweat, I don't even want to venture out when it is too hot or humid. Just going from the house to the cars I start to sweat, and then don't want to get out of the cars to do anything. Just going from the car into a store or diner I start sweating, and then back into a hot car. | |

| magnesium and sage are said to reduce sweating. Seemed like the mag helped some, and trying both, but went out for a second before the rain came, and started to melt. Supposed to take a while for them to help, and if they don't do something. fast, I won't remember to take them
The front passing through is supposed to cool things off for tomorrow.

| got nice and cool last night, but still gona hit 90 in the daytime. Have to get out and do things, but lazy.
Still working on sweating. Have to find a cause and cure. Trying magnesium, sage, and benadryl, and don't see anything yet, but could take weeks so they claim. It's great solving problems.

| talking to a guy in TX who runs, about the weather, and what temp or humidity limits him, he said above 115 deg he doesn't run, or a combo of 150. Got thinking how the sun eats me up, and that the temps are hotter when the sun is on me, so can't go by the air temp, when figuring the temp and hum total for comfort. I have a temp/hum gauge I'm going to use to see what gets uncomfortable. It is for the home, and 3x3x1". Have to find a smaller one. The dew point also tells you what temp and hum combined feels like. | |

| found small temp/hum gauges sold for reptile tanks. Only go down to 60deg, so a limitation for the cold. | |

| yesterday got almost Cold. It was overcast and windy, and in the 70's. Today is supposed to be the same. Had some rain yesterday, and may today, so limits working outside. Have to get the cars inspected this mo, and they don't do it if raining out, so have to dodge the rain. | |
