Too Darn HOT!!!

Good thing I stocked up on cola, or I'd have run out. Drinking like a fish. Going out I just melt, and today is going to be the worst, and tomorrow not much better. Not much better til Sunday, or Monday. The humidity and dew point are really high, just like the temps.

finannly going to get a break in the weather, and may get into the 80's tonite.Last nite stayed in the 90's. Tomorrow will only be in the mid 90's, and maybe 70's overnite.

working on seting up an AC to use in the basement. Thought about buying a dehumidifier, since it is cool but damp down there, and decided to try a small AC I have, though would have to rig up catching the water. Trying it it shut off after a short while. Thought it was the fan motor needing oil, like it was many years ago when I picked it up in the trash, when my dad was looking for the model for down the shore. It was out on the sidewalk on a Friday evening, like in the trash, but not trash day, so figured a minor problem, and someone moving and not wanting to take it, and that's what it was. I hadn't used it in years, so figured it just needed oil, and that's what it looks like. It will be Rough getting it to the basement window, and rigging up catching condensation, but want to try. Weighed it, and it weighs 50lbs. Have another like it in the bathroom. That is low on freon, and doesn't run long, but enough for the bathroom.

decided to vacuum a bit and popped a breaker, Was plugged into the outlet i was testing the AC. tried to reset it and it didn't work. Lost lights so was working in the dark. Rerouted the line, and got it working but really goingt to have to sort out things, and replace breakers. Not going to be easy with all I have here. Have a lot to move to figure what is plugged into what power strip. Gona try to finish vac'ing, and hope I don't mess things up again.

didn't go out. Might not have been that bad, with the temps in the 70's, but humidity was high. I was too tired anyway. Looking at the weather, I think I'm gona get out this week. Friday is supposed to be like it has been, close to 100.

I Need to get working around here, and sift, sort, and throw things out, and make some Room. It's not easy for me, with my injuries. Can Think about doing things, but doing them is tough, even thinking how to do them while doing them. Easier to bring things in, and store them someplace, but sifting and then getting them out is a lot harder, as is using them. Moving things to vacuum, I did find some things I was looking for.

I Do have a lot of big, heavy things that take up room.

it's cooler but rain coming, then Hot again. Have to decide what to do. Have to throw out things I wanted to keep. Just have TOO much. deciding and sifting won't be easy, so have to start with things that aren't as important, and I can replace easily and cheaply. Hard when thinking like when I used to be able to do a lot, and still want to at times, and figure I can find a way if need to.

Try
wanted to get out, but wasn't moving. Seemed cool out, and a storm just missed us. On radar it looked like it should be raining, and it started to rain at the ballgame a mi away, but nothing here. Didn't want to go to the park till the game was well over, to avoid the traffic, and couldn't decide. Wanted to go buy a circuit breaker, but first had to check the size and single or double. Had a new one but not sure what. Had oil in a draining jug I wanted to transfer and save, and had to bring it down stairs. Took some B-1 and got moving. Transferred the oil, and checked the breaker. Looked for the new one I have, and had to hunt. Finally found it, and it is the size and type I need. Bought it for another location, and think I should find out what is wrong with that circut before replacing it. Think it might be dangerous, like a short.

May go out in a while.

trying to work on getting rid of Stuff. It Isn't easy, deciding what to, or doing it. Got rid of a bunch last night, but still not all I had planned to. Had a trash bag I was filling, that wanted to put more into, but it was too complicated mentally and physically to do more. so left it to fill it

more. In the confusion I left 1 1/2 cheese steaks out last night, from 5 to 10AM. May have ruined them, but put them in the freezer to try to save them. Will see.

It's 11 AM, and still haven't picked up the recycles, and want to get the container in. Usually they pick them up about 7AM.

I want to condense things, like take the fan blades off extra AC motors I have, to save space. It will be work, but open some room. Would have been easy before my limits.

Hadtoday wasn't that hot, but I slept often. Was even work to get dressed and move things from the front door to go out and retreive the recycling bin. Have trash and recycles in the basement I Thought about getting, but wasn't up to doing it. Had 2 empty cans of spray paint I brought up. and don't remember seeing them in the bin. Guess they didn't go out. Was going to bring up the other stuff when I went down the basement for something. Like maybe changing the circuit breaker.

Got in gear to call the co I bought the antiseize grease from, to get some questions answered. I took some B-1 hoping that helped me think, and deal with it, and it seemed to. Wanted to yesterday, and almost slept through today. Think I got answers I wanted. It's bugging me that I don't feel up to doing things I want to, that I used to do easily. Just want to forget about them, which isn't good. Going to Try to sort and throw out things I don't really need. Usually takes going through them more than once, to rethink the need.

too many days in the 90's. 3 in a row is considered a heat wave. Need an air conditioned Cool Suit.

I was soaked last night. Stores and even the diner weren't cool enough. Trying sage and magenesium. Both are supposed to reduce sweating. Hope so, because I sweat too easily, and too much. I check the dew point, but still uncomfortable before you're supposed to be.

some day the rain will stop. When, no idea. Been raining for days, and poured today. looks like it might be ending for today. Guess I'll try to get out shopping.
