| that was a long nights sleep. About 7 hrs. Side is still hurting. Guess pushing the car off the pavement was the cause. Light cars are So much easier to manage. Used to be able to push start them by myself. With all the gizmos on the Subaru, like having to depress the clutch to start it, it probably will be hard to jump in once getting it rolling and get it to start. I thought about disabling the switch, but with the way I function, and driving 2 different cars, it might be tricky. Probably need someone to push it while sitting inside.

| slept again, maybe 4 hrs. NOW I'm awake. Still have the pain in my side, that is pretty limiting. If I don't get up I don't notice it. Want to go out but not sure if I should or can. I think the Chevy is fixed, but hard to be sure. Electronics are tricky, and I can't test the part I replaced.
The Loonie should have left the diner, and won't have to hear him.

| The Chevy ran good but I drove the Sube. Took some rides, and stopped at the diner, and rode again. Back didn't give me much of a problem. Didn't even notice it. Now I need some food... | |

| More sleep, and feeling beat. Side and knee hurting again. This is strange. Doing things, then hurting, then sleeping a lot, then hurting, then not hurting in between. Physical, then mental stress maybe is the cause. | |

| Slept again. Wanted to go to Pep Boys, but didn't feel like rushing, so maybe tomorrow, after the rains. Want to go out now, but don't feel like seeing the loonie. He can bend his hard of hearing friend's ear, with his silly, unimportant, non stop chatter. He complains the guy asks him to repeat, but he Won't talk louder. It's ALL Him. He probably talks to himself when alone.)) | |

at my "young" age, I had to have my appendix out, 2 yrs. ago - a sharp pain on right side started about 5 pm on a Sunday, out of the blue. Called Dr. Mon. am - appt. @ 4 - over to hospital & by Tues. am 6:30 so pain!
Don't think YOU can "fix" something like that??

is that a question or statement ??
Just reading that cayenne can grow hair, and relieve pains. Probably prevents appendicitis.

| slept an hr, and feel better. Still not great, but not drained. need to try something that gets me through better. Maybe zinc. or MSM. Hopefully they will give me more endurance. I thought about just getting everything done, but when I do, I want to help out, and it is a hassle getting people to do things the way I want, and often redo them the way I want, so easier, cheaper, and faster to do them myself, and more rewarding. | |

| Turned out to be a LOOOOONG day. Didn't get to sleep till 2pm, and have a tire I have toi fix.
ran into a guy I know who people say is a Good mechanic. Everytime he sees me working on mine, he acts like he has No knowledge or interest. I think he just pumped gas at his brothers gas station. His car got hit by a bus, and he says the Ins co isn't paying, then I heard the motor had a problem. He was driving a car his bro had, like my Chevy and said it won't start. I didn't want to get involved or would have tried to help him fix it, but he has no interest in what I work on.
He wants to buy aother car, and was asking me what I thought was good. Told me 2 stories about at car dealers he left when they did crazy things. He said he was ready to buy and took his mom, and she had Holy Water. I Guess to Bless It. LOL
Tried to guide him to decide, but he doesn't know if he wants a small, mid sized, or large car. Supposedly has PTSD from being in Nam in the Marines. Supposedly going out with a black and an asian girl. I'd say a Bit screwed up. He belongs in the Loonie Bin...

| didn't go to the diner last night and have tea, so slept a good bit last night. so slept about 6 hrs. Had a cup before noon.
Thought about calling road service to change the tire, but rather do it myself. By time they come, and get it done, it will be mentally stressful, opposed to physically, and then I'll have to do SR, when if I do it myself, no need to do SR, or exercise. Just have to figure what supplement helps me get through it, and not need to sleep after.
I would like to plug the tire, but did before about 5 yrs ago, and guess it's about time to change it, but that is a Lot more work. Used to do it myself, taking in off, and putting it on te rim, but just did that to the Subaru for one that needed to be patched on the inside. With that I had a garage take it off the rim, and put it back on myself. Would have to make room to do it. Could put the mini spare on and drive it for a while with that till I decide.
Pretty cold out now. Only 40. Should wait a bit.

| slept a bit, and may do more work. Would like to go out, but getting to late, and don't trust the Chevy, though it ran good tonite. It's a puzzle, but many times they are. | |

| didn't go out last night, so no tea at the diner, and slept 6 hrs, and some lunatic on the radio woke me up. Should have a timer shut things off like the TV has, but when that got set by accident, I thought the TV or digital tuner was going bad. With no rhyme or reason when I sleep ( well, not an easy one to figure) that would be a pain.
Saw a Dr on PBS talking about relieving stress, and had people dancing by themselves. He was older, soft spoken, and conservative looking, and looked kind of silly bouncing around.

| better get working and get the speaker baffle done to a point I can try it. Not going to make it full range, since if the change doesn't produce enough bass, I'll have to rewire the speakers in the car, swapping fronts and rears, which will be a lot of work.
I need to finish cleaning up the wheel rim to get a tire on it. Found more sand blasters in the area for the other 2. One says they do Military stuff.
