| was wondering if the problems could be my heart, but nothing felt or sounded like it. Had some off fluttering feelings, like my body was pulsing. Tried to feel my heart beat, and took a while to find it in my wrist r neck. Then wondered how long it takes for the heart to stop beating and us to fade to black? Still here, and feeling better, so guess I didn't have a big one, and I doubt a small one. | |

| woke and had some of the same problems as last night, though a lot less severe, but still uncomfortable. Thinking I shouldn't have eaten yesterday, and try to heal whatever happened. Have a strange vibration again inside, like something is pulsing, but random, and in different places. Have a slight ache where I had a bad one in my mid back/side last night. Tried to get back to sleep, but can't get comfortable, and not that tired. | |

| wouldn't taking magnesium do the same things? I don't know how much I get of anything. I took some to see, and just feel a slight discomfort in my stomach.
This 2nd bout is different than the first. Nowhere near as severe, but doesn't seem to improving very fast. Just seemed slightly bloated. Odd the ache in my back/side went away, and the tenderness just below my ribs did also, but now the back ache is coming back.

| I don't read about things that don't fit me if I did I'd be chasing my tail this doesn't seem like problems cayenne would help since it keeps changing and all cayenne did was seem to make the top of my stomach feel hot I think muscle strains caused spasms that affected how my stomach worked maybe not moving food along forming gas that caused bloating which caused other muscle strains or restrained ones that were but maybe it was different foods I ate | |

| better but not great stuck doubt anyone in a health food store would have an idea what happened and try to sell me potions and notions even a Dr would run a bunch of tests and probably be puzzled think they would have to have done what I did, and had the same experience and found a cure
I don't think people need digestive enzymes or that we run out if we don't eat fruit i can buy not enough or too much acid causing problems

| took a lax before noon and it is just starting to work at midnight Pretty bad sensations like gas and cramping so must have gotten bound up from the spasms and bloating Thinking it will solve the problem after things settle down Think my heart is beating strong and what caused the strange vibrations in my bod last night While laying down I couldn't tell what was happening since it just felt like my bod was vibrating in different spots | |

| woke feeling back to normal Still think there will be some lingering effects to get rid of but feel like I could go out without discomfort or stress Some minor aches in different spots in the back Before just standing up was difficult and a struggle Would be nice to know the exact cause muscle strain food or something else One time I think a GMO tomato caused the same problem and another breaded veal patti bought from a food store Have to usually sleep after eating probably contributes with the food laying on my stomach

| made it out but it was a struggle, even just walking to the car half a block away. Did a few things before going out and was shaky. Speach was weak, and driving took effort. I ate a little easlier, and debating whether to eat more now. | |

| Felt some symptoms after eating, and got a bit worried. Seems to have been minor, and maybe left over from the bloating straining muscles or stomach, and putting food in expanded it, and irritated it some again. As much as it hurt, probably take some time to completely heal. If I'm wearing a back support and eat, my stomach will hurt, being restricted from expanding. | |

| barely
usual foods are causing minor problems then last night a friend in th diner gave me the left over meatloaf he had put in a doggy bag. I took it and tasted it when I got home, and I wouldn't feed it to a dog. I hadn't had meatloaf in a long time, and thought it would be good, but it tasted like oatmeal and cardboard he said it was just too much for him, but don't think he wanted any more amazing that the diner does more business than with the old owners when I thought the food was great, and the prices were reasonable I have to be famished to eat anything their now and often regret it
