Medical stuff..

probably be a waste of time going to the eye Dr. Probably won't be able to answer my questions, or tell me anything I don't already know, and cost mucho denaro, but with the recent incident that was scary, though I'm pretty sure I know what caused it, I guess I should find out if they can tell me, what is going on with other things that are odd, to see what they say.

If it was today, I would have missed the appointment, waking too late.

woke and my neck and shoulders are a bit stiff, and my vision is a bit off. Most things are back to normal, but still can be better. Maybe i'm just not awake yet.

feeling a bit woozey physically and visually. Want to go out shopping and drive pretty far, and don't think I am up to it. A bit concerned if this doesn't completely resolve. Guess when i was first injured, I took more risks, even with some of the same symptoms, because i was in kind of a stupor. Then they didn't last long, as long as I didn't do things that made them happen. Now they stay. Dammed floating thing i my vision is back. Worried about what it is. In the other eye it didn't last as long.

slept a bit, and think my vision is better looking at the monitor, or as good as it has been, but the TV could be better. The mag glases I use aren't the best for viewing the TV, but that doesn't seem like the problem. Probably a changing view, and then focusing.

When I lost my central vision, probably from acidosis, bicarb fixed it i a day or two. Did nothing this time, but didn't try much, not wanting to throw something else off. Pseudoephedrine for eye muscle weakness didn't do anything, or anything else, heat, cayenne, or anything, at least not obvious. Maybe try heat again..

slept a bit, and woke to a noise outside. Neck inear my shoulder is a bit sore again. Vision seems a bit better, and the dark spot is smaller Dark but fainter with my eye open, and barely seeable with my eyes closed. Used to be bright yellow or gold or sparkling with my eyes closed, and now maybe just light or white. It has faded before, and hope it does again, and stays away.

Lights in the house seem brighter. I wonder if it is from the drops? Would think they would have worn off, but he had to apply them twice.

slept again, and my shoulder still aches, and my vision still a bit blurry. Maybe I have to stay up to get over this.

took a ride to the diner. Vision still iffy and Them my Other eye had a problem. I could look to that side and the image was good, now it doubles. My eyes are Screwed Up...

Going to test the drill bits I sharpened. Maybe seperate the ones that don't cut easily, maybe with just the weight of the drill. That should be a test.

eyes still aren't right, but they haven't been since my injury. Wonder what they did even before this incident, did I have 2 images that blended together like is happening now? Maybe that affected what I did, or how fast I did it. Sometimes I could move as fast as I used to. I blamed it on reflex speed, but maybe it was my vision. Now I have something to test for.

Walt metioned caratat/caretoid artery problems, and if that is the problem with my vision, which I doubt, but Could be, and a friend getting a stroke From the surgery, maybe I should get ready for the end, and get everything in order, and get rid of what I don't really need, and mark things, so others will know what they are. Dammed med stuff Just causes worry, and costs a lot. I like to let Others worry about things.

The damm problem keeps changing from side to side. Took some lutein to see if that does anything. Didn't before. I'd try beta caratine, but That gives smokers cancer, so carrots are out. Don't like them now anyway.

made it out to the diner. Vision to the right isn't good. and that was the Good side. Now the left is.

Had to park on the main street, and temp signs up, No Parking from 5A to 5P, 10-19 to 12-1. They Must be kidding. Gona have to stay up to move it when people start going to work, but that isn't till about 5:30, but don't think Anyone will be around to ticket at 5AM.

They look like they are doing something to the sidewalks at the corners up the street. Can't be wheelchair access. Already have that. Going to have to go out early and come home early, or stay up. Easier to stay up if I don't forget or fall asleep. Going to look out overnite in case someone leaves.

went out at 1 AM and found a spot for the car that is safe. Signs are just near the corner, so must be whatever they are going to do to the sidewalk, but 45 days??

how many years have you put up with that!?? having to move your car all the time - I will guess the house next door won't sell for a long time, if that is what people have to do to get a parking place! OR is there a garage with that house? If so, I'd buy it, just for the parking. Then RENT your place.

the no parking is because of some kind of street or sidewalk work.

the parking problem IS because people move here. 3 story houses get turned into triplexes, and everyone has a car. Parking is SO bad people double park overnite on streets that are wide enough. What used to be 2 way streets when I was young are now one way with a lane of double parking. People park in the center of the main street, that has left turn lanes at the corners.

most people come home at 5:30, eat, and some go shopping and come back when the stores close at 9. I usually go out about 10:00.
